- Welcome to my little corner of the internet where I post about functional movement, wellness, dance and other things that are on my mind. Originally this blog was created to write specifically about feet, transitioning to barefoot walking/running and the benefits of being barefoot. It has morphed quite a bit in several directions. So stop by, take a look, and let me know what you think! I am a performer who has studied dance and movement for over forty years. I have taught Pilates since 2003, working largely with post-PT clients requiring therapeutic work. Most recently I was certified as a teacher of GYROKINESIS®.
