Hello everyone.
After some thought, I transfered my knitting stuff to an entirely separate blog from ArtMOM and the New World Ergonomy. I also have Momma Jen's Hypoallergenic Kitchen Adventures. This one is just for knitting and it's basically to hook up with Ravelry and to further my intent to get more into designing knits.
Anyway, here it is. More posts to come.

Originally this blog was created to write specifically about feet, transitioning to barefoot walking/running and the benefits of being barefoot. It has morphed quite a bit in several directions.
